Technical Associate - Service Desk

Inviting applications for the role of Technical Associate - Service Desk

In this role need to provide Level 1 support services with knowledge of Technical/Service desk.  

Strong customer service orientation 

Responsibilities

Provide technical support on Calls/Chats 

Windows MAC troubleshooting  

Active Directory  

Basic Networking

Win NT/2000

MS Office 2007, 2010. O365

Qualifications we seek in you

Minimum Qualifications / Skills

Bachelor's Degree required

Equivalent to bachelor’s degree

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

Good written and presentation

verbal communication skills with experience of customer interfacing role

In-depth requirement understanding skills

good analytical and  problem-solving ability

interpersonal efficiency, and positive attitude
