TITLE:                                 Technical Business Analysis - Advisor

EMPLOYER:                               Fiserv Solutions, LLC

LOCATION:                                 Milwaukee, WI (and various unanticipated locations throughout the US subject to authorization from management)

DUTIES:                                      Lead development activities including requirements gathering, architecture, design, development, implementation and testing of Actimize based solutions. Create high and low level design artifacts, conduct code reviews, and deliver high quality code.  Participate in creating application architecture documents and manage daily support and maintenance activities.  Participate in architecture review sessions to provide inputs to architecture team through framework analysis, design patterns, and prototype specifications. Conduct impact analysis of issues logged; prioritize and ensure that production support is provided as per the committed SLAs; and interface with internal team spread globally to undertake onsite-specific activities.

REQUIREMENTS:                     Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field and 7 years in any job title involving experience developing, implementing and delivering technology solutions. Prior experience must include: 3 years developing software using Actimize AIS Modeler, Risk Case Manager Designer, Shell Scripting, PL/SQL, XSL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Splunk and JIRA; 1 year of API development using J2EE technology; Working with Agile development methodologies including Scrum or Kanban; Working in the Banking and Financial domain including Merchant Risk, Fraud monitoring, and Risk and Compliance; and Working with multiple vendors and geographically distributed technology and business teams.
