To support our data infrastructure and ensure robust, reliable reporting capabilities, we’re looking to bring on a Technical Business Analyst with a unique combination of database administration, data wrangling, and business analysis skills. This role will be essential for maintaining a well-organized datamart that serves as a foundation for multiple reporting streams, enabling our teams to access accurate and timely data for strategic decision-making.
The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of data architecture and database management, with hands-on experience in maintaining and optimizing data marts. This person will be adept at wrangling data, establishing efficient data flows, and ensuring that the technical underpinnings of our reporting infrastructure are both scalable and aligned with business needs.
In addition to their technical expertise, this candidate should possess strong business analyst skills to holistically understand data requirements and engage with stakeholders. They will not only ensure that data is well-structured and maintained but also work closely with teams to interpret data requirements, translating complex technical aspects into meaningful solutions for the business. By connecting the technical details with the business “why,” this candidate will ensure that our data resources are purposeful and aligned to drive impactful outcomes.
This combination of technical proficiency and analytical insight makes this candidate integral to our data ecosystem, providing a seamless link between our data architecture and the reporting needs of the organization.
