Our client is seeking a Technical Business Analyst. _This is a contract to hire opportunity. Applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis and convert to FTE following contract duration. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance._ Rate: $55 - $65 / hr. w2 **Responsibilities:** + Develop and execute intermediate-level SQL queries for data analysis and reporting. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements. + Utilize strong communication and soft skills to effectively interact with stakeholders. + Work with databases to support data-driven decision-making. + Assist in the transition from Microsoft Access to SQL databases. + Support Excel reporting to Power BI transformation. + Engage in RPA (Robotic Process Automation) initiatives. + Utilize basic Visual Basic (VB) skills for automation tasks. **Experience Requirements:** + Intermediate experience with SQL queries and database management. + Strong communication and interpersonal skills. + Basic knowledge of Visual Basic (VB) and RPA automation. + Experience with Power BI is a plus. + Ability to work in a dynamic, "start-up feel" environment. _Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate.
