Kforce has a client in need of a Technical Business Analyst in Johnston, RI. Responsibilities: * Technical Business Analyst will analyze business needs and provide technology solutions * Collaborate with stakeholders to define and document business requirements * Translate business requirements into technical specifications * Perform data analysis to support business decision-making * Implement, configure, and test feasible solutions * Work closely with project management and software developers to design and implement solutions * Conduct system testing to ensure requirements have been met * Provide user training and support * As a Technical Business Analyst, you will create and present reports to technical and non-technical team members * Create detailed and clear user stories with acceptance criteria to ensure development teams understand the requirements * Assist the product owner in managing the product backlog, ensuring it aligns with business goals and project timelines * Collaborate with stakeholders to refine and prioritize user stories based on business value and technical feasibility * Utilize Azure DevOps for tracking and managing work items, sprints, and releases * Conduct backlog grooming sessions to keep the backlog up-to-date and ensure the highest priority items are ready for development * Facilitate sprint planning meetings to ensure the development team understands the scope and objectives of each sprint
