**Overview:** As an EB360 Technical Business Analyst, you will be an integral member of our Employee Benefits Technology Strategy team and play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and partner with our IT team to support the development and implementation of technology solutions that enhance our client portal and administrative systems.
**Key Job Responsibilities**
+ Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and document business requirements.
+ Analyze business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement.
+ Act as a bridge between business teams and IT, ensuring clear communication and understanding.
+ Work with development teams to design technical solutions that meet business needs.
+ Assist in the creation and execution of test plans to ensure solutions meet requirements.
+ Maintain comprehensive documentation of business requirements, processes, and solutions.
+ Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for implemented solutions.
+ Write and optimize SQL queries to support data analysis and reporting needs.
+ Drive business analysis efforts related to data integration within the platform and with external parties.
+ Develop and execute test plans for user acceptance testing.
+ Work with various stakeholders including business leaders, external sales and technology teams, internal sales teams, and other Employee Benefits team members.
The base salary range for this position is $68,000 - $102,000. Actual base salaries vary based on skills, experience, and geographical location. In addition to base pay, Equitable provides compensation to reward performance with base salary increases, spot bonuses, and short-term incentive compensation opportunities. Eligibility for these programs depends on level and functional area of responsibility.

**Qualifications**
**Required Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
+ Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst, preferably in a technical role.
+ Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies and tools.
+ Proficiency in requirement gathering and documentation.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
+ Familiarity with Agile methodologies is preferred.
+ Comfortable and familiar with writing and optimizing SQL queries.
+ 5 years working with data integrations, systems analysis, or business analysis.
+ Skilled with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
+ Strong desire to understand end-to-end system impacts.
+ High level of productivity, reliability, responsibility, attendance, dependability, organization, and accuracy.
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Prior Employee Benefits Experience is a plus, but not required.
