In this position, you will assist in developing functional specifications that satisfy client requirements. Collaborate with team members, clients, and other stakeholders to review and refine requirements. Actively participate in problem resolution; setting priorities when appropriate and escalating issues when needed. Assist with production deployment planning. Perform system validation. Assist clients with ongoing support for applications.

What experience you need 

High School Diploma English Proficiency  C1+2 years of related experience preferredBS degree in a STEM major or equivalent job experience required1 year experience across Business Analyst or customer facing roles1 year of experience assisting in client education and technical troubleshooting activities

Experience with G-SuiteCloud Certification in GCP (strongly preferred)Professional proven track record of planning and coordinating onboarding and migration activities with external customers and technical resourcesExperience with Sterling File Gateway or a similar productFamiliarity with cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform or Amazon Web ServicesExperience working with file transfer platforms and technologies Experience understanding of data transfer protocols such as SFTP and Connect DirectExperience of data security concepts such as PGP encryption, key certification, and SSH authentication
