You Are:
UST is searching for a Technical Business Systems Analyst who has hands on experience building the Sales module in Dynamics 365. And have experience migrating Sales users and Sales data like Accounts, Opportunities, Contacts from other CRMs like Salesforce.com to Dynamics Sales Hub. These Technical BSA’s will partner with the internal Sales Product Managers business stakeholders, operations teams and end users like sellers, business development representatives - to understand their processes/ pain points and collect the key business requirements along with the Product Managers.
The opportunity:
· Partner with PdMs and business to understand the current state process around Sales at Customer and provide technical insights and industry best practices on the future state on a target solution – CRM Dynamics, with a lens to providing customer value, by improving the customers’ experience on Dynamics and the day-to-day productivity of the sellers.
· Work with the Product Managers to build detailed technical requirements/specs for Engineering teams to build the solution in Dynamics.
· Work with Product managers and Business teams to build technical requirements around data migration – starting with analyzing the requested fields to be migrated, working with Engineering to figure out the Source to Target data mapping. Analyzing what exists in the target system that can be reused versus building net new every time.
· Drive and facilitate Sprint grooming sessions and process improvements sessions with Engineering and PdMs.
· Drive and influence the product vision, collaborate with architecture, design and engineering teams to deliver the roadmap
· Responsible for communicating/aligning with Engineering , PdMs and business stakeholders on Sprint status, requirement roadmaps
· Conducts QA testing and validations and provides inputs to the Engineering teams – along with the PdMs
· Strategically align with other Product Managers on the delivery of interdependent solutions and initiatives
· Lead the planning, documentation, and delivery of run-the-business requirements
· Leads - with the PdMs - User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business testers, and works with the Quality Engineer to define acceptance tests for features
· Support Release Planning, scheduling backlog items into regular releases aligned to business priority while working with the PdM’s
· Supports production cutover and Production acceptance testing
· Supports post go live sessions with business, addresses and drives technical issues raised during Hyper Care. This will be done with the PdM’s and Engineering teams.

What you need:
· 4+ years of Dynamics implementation experience as a hands-on Technical Business System Analyst or SME.
· Must have a technical understanding of the Marketing and Sales space on relevant CRM technologies like MSFT Dynamics.
· Solid experience in Scrum or similar Agile development methodology
· Self-starter that thrives in the face of challenges
· Proven track record to operate effectively with general mentorship on new projects
· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to work with technical and non-technical audiences, as well as, communicate effectively to individual contributors, management, and executive leadership
· Demonstrates experience communicating and advocating programs to customers and/or internal team members
· Strong people skills, with distinctive ability to motivate and influence people without authority or a direct reporting relationship
· Bachelor’s degree in CS or related technical field, or relevant work experience; experience in working in CRM solutions is highly desirable
Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below.
Role Location: California
Compensation Range: $70,000-$107,000

Full-time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty. Regular employees may purchase additional voluntary short-term disability benefits, and participate in a Health Savings Account (HSA) as well as a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) for healthcare, dependent child care, and/or commuting expenses as allowable under IRS guidelines. Benefits offerings vary in Puerto Rico.
