Our client, a leader in the financial services industry, is seeking a Technical Business Systems Analyst to join their team. As a Technical Business Systems Analyst, you will be part of the Global Investment Operations (GIO) collaborating with cross functional teams assisting in the development of dashboards and visualizations, and providing functional support to teams within GIO to ensure the Power BI platform is used to its maximum potential.. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative spirit which will align successfully in the organization. **Job Title:** Technical Business Systems Analyst **Contract:** 5 Months **Location:** Baltimore, MD (Hybrid) **Pay Range:** $55-$60/hr W2 **What's the Job?** + Creating and publishing Power BI dashboards based on user requirements. + Manage Power BI platform centralized information hub including maintaining site content and adding upcoming event information. + Help facilitate creation of Power BI workspaces, licensing, and security roles for GIO functional teams. + Providing group and individual Power BI trainings on request to ensure each team is able to proficiently use Power BI application and service. + Publish, curate, and socialize Power BI training materials. + Participating in Lantern GIO Metrics project meetings, including planning meetings with project team and requirements sessions with functional team stakeholders. + Documenting project requirements and developing metrics definition standards. + Work with project team to develop and refine project roadmap. + Troubleshooting issues and queries from GIO stakeholders. **What's Needed?** + Proficiency in Power BI. + Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. + Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. + Experience in Investment Operations is a plus. + Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively. **What's in it for me?** + Opportunity to work with cutting-edge Business Intelligence applications. + Collaborative work environment with cross-functional teams. + Engagement in meaningful projects that drive business success. + Chance to contribute to the advancement of the GIO Lantern Project.
