We are currently seeking a Technical Business Systems Analyst - Java/Microservices (Onsite Hybrid) to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina (US-NC), United States (US).

 

Project Environment

Team is building new Cloud native, microservice-based, feature rich, and high-volume enterprise application Application functionality are being defined, designed, and built in multiple microservices concurrently Technology stack is modern and transforming and new to the development team Resources are limited so one developer is building their own microservice from end-to-end

 

Basic Qualifications:

7+ years of overall experience 4+ years in projects with technology stacks in a Java, microservices environment 3+ years business analysis experience

 

Preferred Skills: 

Very good analytical skills to take high-level requirements and refined for development Converting business to functional to technical to use case / stories Great communication skills to document, illustrate, and flow Data analysis and design and data map for visualization for each microservice from end-to-end Create process data model and maintain schema for multiple modules and services Mock input and output of microservices Define BDD scenarios and test cases and perform UAT functional validations and generate its artifacts Pair with individual developers to convey the functional requirements and expected results at story level Collaborate with onshore and offshore team members across multiple teams Drive delivery to consistency and standards as functional and non-functional requirements are delivered Plan and coordinate releases, and post-install validations to ensure goals of stakeholders are met Experience with JSON and non-relational Mongo database is important Agile team experience a must
