_Are you well-versed in highly integrated pump solutions? And do you want to set the direction for this important area in Grundfos?_
At Grundfos, we develop state-of-the-art reliable, sustainable water management technology for private and commercial use. In Bjerringbro, you will join Product Development within Commercial Building Service (CBS), dedicated to driving the development projects within Grundfos core products like MAGNA and MIXIT.
We are significantly expanding our development setup in this strategically important area and as a part of this expansion we are looking for an experienced Chief Project Manager with a Technical background.

**Set the direction for this important value stream**
As our new Project Manager, you become responsible for a part of the portfolio and our road map within this area, essentially determining how we proceed with the development of our products. You are also in charge of maximising the execution output of the development teams and securing the product development backlog, which is fully aligned with priorities of the product range.
We are executing in a multi-team setup with +5 teams, where you will take the role as chief technical product owner going across teams and potentially the product owner role in our integration team, depending on the complexity of the running portfolio.
You will be handling projects and activities on new product development, as well as activities related to maintaining the current product range e.g. updates or various footprint activities.
Specifically, your key tasks include:
• Ensuring that the product backlog is visible, transparent, and clear to all, and that it shows what the Scrum Teams will work on next.
• Strong technical project management (quality, scope, budget, time, risk ect.).
• Developing a technical product lifecycle management plan.
• Collaborating closely with key stakeholders across the value chain, e.g. Product management, Purchasing, Operation to set the direction and priorities of development activities of the product range.
• You will represent the entire development organization in the overall project management team across the value chain in the relevant project(s).
**You possess a strong combination of multi-domain technical understanding and (project) leadership skills – enabling you to plan and lead execution of development activities.**
To excel in this position, a comprehensive grasp of across technical disciplines hydraulic, mechanical, electronics and software is essential. Additionally, you possess the ability to assert yourself, when necessary, just as you can set a clear direction and adeptly prioritise tasks.
**Moreover, you:**
• Have a technical master’s or bachelor’s degree.
• Know how to communicate business development and product management decisions – as well as the basis of these decisions.
• Strong experience within project management – preferably from an area where stage-gate and agile have been applied in a hybrid model.
• Have a strong personal drive and ability to make impact where needed, on smaller tasks as well as large projects.
