Overview:
Responsible for overseeing technical and commercial activities executed by Authorized Distributors and Strategic Key Accounts within the assigned territory. The TAM ensures the achievement of the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and Integrated Operating Plan (IOP) for their region. This role focuses on maintaining high service standards through effective Service Level Agreements (SLAs), aiming for customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
Technical Service Coordination: Align with local Distributors to harmonize the technical service model based on regional guidelines, ensuring consistent delivery to end customers.
Customer Support & Problem Solving: Manage customer complaints and identify new technical needs, working with local Distributors to develop problem-solving plans.
Quality Assurance: Ensure all contracted applications, such as Laundry, Housekeeping, Kitchen, and Taski, comply with company standards and operational plans. Request support from Regional Application Experts when necessary.
Project Collaboration: Participate in new projects at customer facilities, managing investment levels for equipment and materials to align with profitability objectives from the master plan.
Inventory Management: Oversee inventory-related activities with local Distributors to ensure timely deliveries and quality assurance, and collaborate on systematic availability programs to avoid shortages.
Operational Support: Assist local Distributors with queries from operational areas such as Finance, Value Chain, Credit & Collections, and Sales Operations, guaranteeing efficient response cycles.
Participation & Reporting: Engage in necessary internal and external business meetings and provide required information for quarterly Business Reviews with local Distributors.
Requirements:
Education: Technical Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Food Engineering, Microbiology, or related fields.
