The position entails providing dedicated support to the Technical Compliance Manager in overseeing the Performance-Based Regulation (PBR) obligations of Distribution Utilities (DUs), technical applications, and compliance submissions mandated by governmental bodies. Responsibilities also include assisting in the monitoring of DUs’ adherence to technical and customer service standards established by governmental authorities, as well as offering assistance to DU teams during performance audits.

This role serves as a critical link in ensuring that DUs operate in alignment with regulatory requirements while optimizing their technical and service performance.
