Salesforce is seeking a highly skilled Technical Consultant to join our Professional Services team within the Customer Success Group (CSG). In this role, you will demonstrate technical expertise and thought leadership in customer and partner engagements, ensuring the successful delivery of solutions, including enterprise integrations using middleware tools and platforms. You will be hands-on with our products, responsible for evaluating and implementing technical solutions, proactively managing risks, and ensuring project completion. This role demands a blend of technical proficiency, business acumen, and excellent communication skills to ensure the successful implementation and optimization of Salesforce solutions.

Consultation and Implementation
Engage with clients to understand and translate their business requirements into effective Salesforce solutions.
Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of Salesforce solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices and alignment with client needs.
Provide technical guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle, from initial scoping to post-implementation.
Techncial Expertise
Achieve advanced Salesforce certifications and maintain an in-depth knowledge of Salesforce products, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Data Cloud, Agentforce and other related technologies.
Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features, releases, and industry trends to offer well-informed recommendations and support architectural workshops.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring minimal disruption to client operations.
Document technical processes, develop proofs of concept, and participate in Agile project planning.
Advise on best practices for application development, integration, and technical architecture.
Client Engagement
Establish and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted technical advisor.
Conduct training sessions and workshops to empower clients in the effective use of Salesforce solutions.
Gather and analyze client feedback to continuously enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and manage expectations in a professional manner.
Proactively identify and manage risks, negotiate solutions, and build strategic partnerships.
Collaboration and Teamwork
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, architects, developers, and business analysts, to deliver comprehensive solutions.
Develop and share best practices, templates, and tools to enhance service delivery efficiency and quality.
Support other team members, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment.
Assist in delivering solution demonstrations and contribute to broader organizational growth.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Positive, customer success-oriented attitude.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field.
Experience in data analysis and database design
Proficiency with SOAP and REST APIs
Experience in client and server-side web development, scripting tools, and protocols.
Familiarity with architecture and process flow visualization tools.
Understanding of SDLC methodologies (requirements, design, implementation, testing, maintenance).
Strong communication skills, both oral and written, including technical documentation.
Ability to conceptualize and communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
3+ years of hands-on software development and technical consulting experience.
Technical and solution implementation experience in relevant software domains, with coding experience in object-oriented languages.
Strong problem-solving, analytical skills, and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work independently and as part of a distributed team, with a willingness to learn new technologies.
PREFERRED
Proven experience in implementing solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem and its products.
Salesforce certifications are highly desirable.
Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, customization, and development, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components
Experience as a full-stack web developer.
Strong ability to build and manage relationships both internally and externally.
Experience in a consulting role within transformational programs and matrix teams.
