Technical Consulting Engineer - Cisco Secure Network Analytics (SNA)
Meet the team:

Join Cisco's team in Krakow, Poland as a Technical Consulting Engineer and be a part of our Customer Experience Centers (CXC).

In this role, you will be supporting our Cisco Secure Network Analytics (SNA), a platform that provides pervasive network visibility and security analytics for advanced protection across the extended network and cloud. Be responsible for providing technical support to customers on a variety of operating systems. Excellent customer service and customer experience skills are essential.


Your Impact:Providing technical support and troubleshooting for Cisco SNA platform.Assisting customers in optimizing and managing their networks.Maintaining strong customer relationships and providing excellent customer service.Minimum qualifications:Technical background of configuring and troubleshooting issues in computer networks and Linux.Solid grasp of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, etc.).Knowledge of network traffic analysis tools (Wireshark, NetFlow).Experience working with security certificates (PKI).Preferred qualifications:Linux Professional Institute Certification (LPIC) or other Linux certifications.Cisco Certification (CCNA, CCNP).Degree or equivalent experience in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.CompTIA A+, CompTIA Linux+, CompTIA Network+.#WeAreCisco
