Your Impact:
* You will be a strategic partner to our customers, saving their business from the impact of network incidents, solving and preventing the recurrence of technical issues.
* You will take on our customers’ toughest problems, ensuring that our customers get encouraged business outcomes, providing a superb customer experience.
* As a Technical Consulting Engineer, you will gain hands-on experience and the ability to earn industry-leading certifications.
* You will also receive extensive training and development both technical and leadership/customer skill areas.
Minimum qualifications:
* Minimum 4 years of experience in Cisco Collaboration Domain.
* Knowledge of Cisco Collaboration Solutions such as Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM), Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise (UCCE) and or Express (UCCX), Cisco Voice Portal (CVP) and Jabber Endpoints.
* Understanding of voice services and technology e.g. call routing, call flow, networks etc.
* Strong in SIP protocol, its call flow & troubleshooting and sound knowledge of RTP, CTI etc.
* Must be comfortable in troubleshooting CUBE, CUSP (Cisco Unified SIP Proxy) and using tools like Wireshark for networking issues.
Preferred qualifications:
* Hands-on experience in troubleshooting UCCE, CUCM and CUBE deployments.
* Good understanding of Cisco UCCE Architecture, deployment models and its components.
* Familiar with VOS components related to UCCE like Cisco Unified Intelligent Center (CUIC), Live Data, Virtual Voice Browser (VVB) and Finesse.
* CCNP and/or CCIE Collaboration preferred.
