Technical Consulting Engineer - Secure Endpoint XDR
Meet the team:

Join Cisco's team in Krakow, Poland as a Technical Consulting Engineer and be a part of our Customer Experience Centers (CXC).

In this role, you will be supporting our Cisco Advanced Threat Solutions, a comprehensive product for securing endpoint devices including laptops, desktops, and mobile devices. Be responsible for providing technical support to customers on a variety of operating systems. Excellent customer service and customer experience skills are essential.
Your Impact:Tackle technical issues related to Cisco Secure Endpoint, XDR - Extended Detection and Response.Respond to customer inquiries and assist with the deployment and configuration of the product.Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through superb communication and problem-solving skills. Minimum qualifications:Solid technical background in IT support, with experience troubleshooting issues in Windows and Linux (services, performance, permissions, AD). Knowledge of computer networks, security protocols and solutions (TLS, DNS, HTTPS, SSH, SFTP, proxy, TLS decryption). Experience working with security certificates (PKI). Customer-focused with superb communication, problem-solving abilities, (Kepner Tregoe method or evidence-based troubleshooting skills are a plus). CCNP level knowledge or equivalent (Cert not required).Preferred qualifications:Certifications such as CompTIA A+, CompTIA Linux+, CompTIA Network+CCST Cybersecurity and CCST Networking Microsoft Certified: Solutions Expert (MCSE) or Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) Linux Professional Institute Certification (LPIC) or other Linux troubleshooting certification Python for Network Engineers: Network Programmability and Network Automation certification or other Python network automation certification Amazon Web Services Certified Solutions Architect #WeAreCisco
