Join Cisco's TAC UC & Collaboration team in Krakow, Poland, as part of our Customer Experience (CX) organization. As a trusted technical authority, you'll provide crucial second and third-level support when networks face challenges. Collaborate with various TAC technology teams to troubleshoot and resolve sophisticated issues using the latest collaboration technologies. Your Impact:Serve as a trusted technical authority, collaborating with customers and cross-technology teams to resolve complex issues.Engage with the latest collaboration technologies and troubleshoot customer issues in Cisco labs.Assist other Technical Consulting Engineers and Global Delivery Partners, solving problems and managing escalations.Contribute to knowledge bases and produce intellectual capital, including documentation and training.Mentor junior engineers and guide them in configuring and deploying Cisco products.Act as a technical expert, partnering with serviceability teams to review specifications and apply industry standards.Minimum qualifications:Understanding and technical knowledge of at least three Cisco Products/Applications from this list: Cisco Expressway/VCS, Cisco Meeting Server (CMS), Telepresence Management Suite (TMS), CUCM, IMP, Cisco Video Endpoints, Jabber and Cisco Webex App.Understanding in at least four protocols from this list: SIP, XMPP, RTCP, sRTCP, RTP, sRTP, TLS, TCP/UDP, WebRTC.Good foundation of Networking basic, and using Wireshark for analyzing TCP/IP, Voice & Video.Able to identify problems, acquire ownership and deliver solutions at a high level of customer satisfaction.Preferred qualifications:Good understanding of protocols listed in minimum section i.e. SIP, XMPP, RTCP, sRTCP, RTP, sRTP, TLS, TCP/UDP, WebRTC.Experience in troubleshooting issues with Cisco Products/Applications: Cisco Expressway/VCS, Cisco Meeting Server (CMS), CUCM, IMP, Cisco Video Endpoints, Jabber and Cisco Webex App.#WeAreCisco
