We are seeking Education Services Technical Content Developers! As a Technical Content Developer, you will be responsible for creating engaging and insightful technical content for our products and services. You will work closely with the Content Development Manager and the Instructional Design team to understand the learning objectives, design specifications, and target audience of each project. You will also collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to research and gather relevant information and data. 

 

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Creating clear, concise, and accurate technical content for various formats, such as e-learning courses, videos, manuals, guides, etc. Working with internal teams to obtain an understanding of the product and the documentation requirements. Editing and proofreading your own and other team members’ content to ensure quality and consistency. Applying the standard processes of instructional design, adult learning theory, and SEO (Search Engine Optimization) to your content. Using content management systems and authoring tools to create and publish your content. Testing and reviewing content for functionality, usability, and accessibility. Collecting and analyzing feedback from learners, clients, and partners to improve your content.

For This Role, You Will Need

Bachelor’s\master's degree in engineering, Computer Science, STEM, or related fields. At least 1 year of experience in technical writing, content development, or a similar role. The ability to create learning content that will facilitate growth of a customer's knowledge of specific platform/engineering related concepts. Familiarity with L&D design practices.  Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Basic understanding of technical concepts and terminology related to hardware, software, or complex systems and solutions. A keen eye for detail and a passion for quality. A creative and analytical mentality with a problem-solving attitude. The ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. The ability to learn new tools and technologies quickly. The ability to effectively handle time.
