We are a market leading education technology company on the lookout for an experienced, articulate, and passionate individual to manage and maintain our technical / non-functional tender response library. You will possess a strong technical background, exceptional writing and content management skills, and the ability to drive content strategy within a technical context.
You will need to be ever-curious and able to understand and create content for topics in areas such as SaaS, security, compliance, architecture, APIs, privacy, and accessibility. You will be responsible for identifying content decay and updating and adding changes to content as we mature our backend architecture and enterprise. Working in collaboration with a number of different teams such as sales, engineering, and the global bid team, you will play an essential content management role, acting as technical advisor and content strategist, thoughtfully able to consider our needs and relay information in the most succinct and accurate ways possible.
Here's what you will doing: Creating high-quality technical content for bids and tenders, whitepapers, industry questionnaires, assessments, and technical proposalsWorking closely with subject matter experts to gather technical details and transform them into accessible, audience-appropriate contentCrafting clear, concise, and compelling responses to RFPs that address prospects’ needs and showcase our organization's strengthsResearching, verifying, and testing technical concepts and functionality to ensure the messaging is accurateMaintaining a large content library that houses gold standard, up-to-date, reusable, and accessible technical and non-functional (e.g. performance, security, reliability, scalability, usability, and accessibility) proposal contentOwning content review cycles and managing input from various stakeholders to ensure all content is accurate, clear, coherent, and compliant with internal guidelinesEnsuring consistency in messaging and branding throughout all contentWorking independently in an at-home/in office setting while contributing to a diverse, highly collaborative global team that values innovation, creativity, and qualityStaying informed about emerging technologies and industry trends, integrating relevant insights into technical content strategiesParticipating in other projects and contribute ideas as we continuously improve and innovate
Here's what you will need to know/have: Expertise and/or experience in SaaS applications, back-end cloud architecture, and related fields such as security, privacy, compliance, scalability, and accessibilityExceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information in a clear and concise mannerFamiliarity with technical documentation tools and platformsExpertise in a technical field such as computer science, engineering, or a related disciplineBusiness- or native-level English proficiency. (TOEFL/BULAT or other certification a plus)Bachelor’s/ College degree or other comparable certificationMinimum 3-6 years’ experience in technical writing or a related roleStrong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple technical content projects simultaneouslyAbility to get hands-on in the technical details and test, confirm, and verify technical information for yourselfNice to have: familiarity with AWS, Javascript, APIs, JSON, encryption
