Come be part of our great culture and apply now!  Job Summary   The Technical Contract Manager function is responsible for all aspects of contract review and management within the defense and aerospace industry, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations and driving successful project outcomes. apply now! Job Responsibilities Contract Review and Negotiation  •  Evaluate and asses a variety of RFQ.  Deliver to estimating team members all essential information and customer expectations from which accurate technical and pricing requirements may be established in the ERP system.  Produce timely quotations resulting in profitable production activities. •  Review, analyze and negotiate a variety of contracts, including prime contracts, subcontracts, teaming agreements, and other relevant agreements •  Access all compliance requirements with all applicable federal regulations, including the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), and Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) requirements    •  Determine flow-down requirements from prime contracts to subcontractors and internal departments •  Advise internal stakeholders on contractual obligations and risks Project Management  •  Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources •  Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues •  Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., engineering, operations, finance) to ensure successful project execution Customer Relations  •  Build and maintain strong relationships with customers  •  Proactively communicate with customers on project progress, issues, and changes •  Manage customer expectations and resolve any concerns effectively Business Development & Strategy •  Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities •  Contribute to the development of strategic plans to grow the company's presence in the defense market •  Collaborate with management to achieve organizational goals Compliance  •  Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies •  Maintain accurate records and documentation related to all contract activities •  Interact with the Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) and other government agencies as required Knowledge/Skills/Experience •  10+ years of experience in contract management within the defense industry •  Strong knowledge of FAR, DFARS, and CMMC regulations •  Experience with contract negotiation and review •  Proven ability to manage complex projects and meet deadlines •  Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills •  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills •  Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Education/Certification •  Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field Benefits • Popcorn Mondays • Fruit Tuesdays (seasonal) • Chips and Salsa Wednesdays • Soft Serve Thursdays • Early Release Fridays • Free coffee daily • On-site Fitness and Recreational Center • Medical HMO & PPO Plans • FSA (Flexible Spending Account) • Vision  • Dental  • EAP (Employee Assistance Program) • 401 (k) Retirement Plan • ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan) • Profit / Risk Sharing • Company paid - Life Insurance for Employee, spouse & child • Company paid - Short and Long Term Disability Insurance • Vacation Time (3 weeks) • 10 paid holidays • Full time employees are provided 30 hours per year as paid time off to volunteer during their normal working hours for things like a helping out at the local shelter, a highway clean up, the Special Olympics and more. • Tuition Reimbursement and more............. *Please Note: Critical functions of this job are defined above.
