Founded in 1906, McLeod Health is a locally owned and managed, not for profit organization supported by the strength of more than 900 members on its medical staff and more than 2,900 licensed nurses. McLeod Health is also composed of approximately 15,000 team members and more than 90 physician practices throughout its 18-county service area. Essential Job Responsibilities/Expectations

2. Maintains a professional image and exhibits excellent customer relations to patients, visitors, physicians, and co-

3. Provides administrative support and performs numerous duties, including scheduling, writing correspondence, minute
taking, emailing, handling visitors, routing callers, answering questions and requests, coordinating events, managing
budgetary items, creating and distributing reports, maintaining vendor contractual items
4. Responsible for creating and following up on work orders related to the servicing of equipment.
5. Organizes and maintains departmental records
6. Primary time keeper and scheduler for the department
7. Facilitate contract cost charge backs to appropriate cost centers.
8. Serves as a contact point between customers and the team.
9. Resolves customer problems and concerns at time of call. If not possible, escalates problem to appropriate personnel
for resolution.
10. Tracks and trends on equipment failures and aged work orders. Reports findings to the Manager.
11. All service agreements are reviewed and tracked.

A. Develop internal and external working relationships with managers, peers and/or subordinates.

Job Requirements
Qualifications/Training:
2+ years’ administrative experience
Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High level of interpersonal skills and cultural sensitivity; ability to relate well to people at all organizational levels and to
work well in a team environment.
Licenses/Certifications/Registrations/Education
A.S. degree in business, healthcare, computer science or equivalent work experience
