The Role:
As a Field Service Engineer at Beckman Coulter Diagnostics, you’ll be crucial in ensuring that our automation systems, like DXA and Power Express, meet the needs of healthcare professionals and contribute to better patient outcomes. This role covers Turkey, Azerbaijan, and the SEE region, with full remote work flexibility. Your work will directly impact the health and well-being of patients, helping to deliver fast and accurate diagnostics solutions.
Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot, install, and maintain Beckman Coulter equipment with minimal supervision, ensuring maximum operational efficiency for clients.Perform preventative maintenance, validations, and necessary modifications to our systems, offering top-notch service and training to our customers.Maintain precise service records, utilize systems like OBI and Sales Force for service call planning, and collaborate with the Field Service Team to achieve shared goals.Provide technical guidance and foster teamwork by mentoring newer engineers.Daily local travel is required, with overnight travel up to 50%.What You Bring:
Associate degree in technical fields such as biomedical engineering, electrical engineering, or instrumentation, or relevant technical high school education.Proven expertise in diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electromechanical, robotics, or electronic equipment.A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record over the past three years.Ability to handle equipment up to 24 kg in weight.Preferred Qualifications:
