Selected candidates will be integral in helping our customers navigate and maximize the benefits of our products, providing you with a deep understanding of application functionality and customer needs. Your contributions will be key in shaping the customer experience and improving our products and services.

What You Will Do:

Provide advanced technical support, onboarding, and training for Tekla Structures, Tekla Model Sharing, and Trimble Connect.

Provide support for Tekla Licensing and Online Account administration.

Assist customers in maximizing the benefits of Tekla Structures software.

Develop and deliver training materials and sessions for both customers and internal teams.

Contribute to the localization of Tekla Structures to meet industry standards and customer needs in the LATAM region.

Occasionally provide technical support for Tekla Products, such as Tekla PowerFab.

What Skills & Experience You Should Bring:

3 years of extensive hands-on experience with Tekla Structures.

Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the construction or engineering industries.

A degree in construction management, structural engineering, civil engineering, or equivalent work experience is desired.

Fluent in Spanish and proficient in English (both technical and conversational levels).

Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.

Familiarity with Tekla PowerFab, Strumis, Fabtrol, or other fabrication software is a plus.

Ability to travel within the LATAM region (10-15%).
