Customer Support Specialist
Start Date: Monday, March 10 th 2025
Pay Range: $22/hr (Room for growth within CS department up to $30/hr not including managerial roles, as well as growth opportunities into other departments such as Tech, Marketing, Credit, etc.)
Contract Length: 6 month contract to hire
Worksite Location: Loveland, CO 80538 – On Site
Once contract employees are exceeding all 90 day expectations they will be allowed a flex day on Fridays to work from home.
Required for Flex Day: Candidate would need to have their own 2 monitors, a keyboard, everything but the lap top itself along with meeting/exceeding their expectations and with strong internet.
Hours of Operation: Mon-Fri 6am-6pm MST
Schedule: 40 hours per week within the hours of operation. Most new hires are receiving the later shifts (i.e. 9am-5:30pm or 9:30am-6pm)
Job Description:
As a Customer Support Specialist, your primary role will be to ensure a seamless customer experience. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with their needs and inquiries.
Customer Support: You will be responsible for supporting our customers via telephone, online chat, and email. This includes assisting with order entry, providing status updates, and answering pre-sale specification queries.
Order Processing: You will provide prompt and accurate responses to order and tracking inquiries. This includes processing order entry requests from customers through various channels such as telephone, online, and email.
Data Entry: You will be tasked with inputting customer orders and transactions into the company’s order entry database, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Order Management: You will be responsible for checking and releasing various order holds as assigned for the position, ensuring smooth order processing and delivery.
Product Information: You will assist customers with requests on pricing, shipping, product availability, terms and conditions, and item information, providing accurate and timely information.
Sales Lead Generation: You will identify potential sales opportunities and enter these leads into our system for the sales team to follow up.

Qualifications:
· 1 to 2+ years of recent complex customer service experience
· Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced environment
· Coachability is required
· High school diploma or GED required (Education verification required)
· Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite, Excel & Outlook) required
· Critical thinking and multi-tasking skills required
Preferred:
· Bachelor's or Associates degree preferred
· Experience in Salesforce and Oracle preferred
· Bilingual (Spanish or French) preferred
· Candidates that are "Gamers"
· Someone that comes from the Geek Squad from Best Buy
· Someone that works on computers for a hobby

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
