As a UCB External Manufacturing Operations Lead, you are accountable for leading the operational management of UCB's global Contract Manufacturers / strategic ven
You will be a member of the team of Operations Leads reporting to the Head of External Manufacturing Operations, Drug Products and Devices
What you’ll do
Interested? For this role we’re looking for the following education, experience and skills
You have a Master’s degree with minimum of 5 years of significant operations management experience in GMP environment (DP and Device manufacturing).You demonstrate an experience in Pharmaceutical Project Management.You possess strong technical knowledge relating to Pharmaceutical Manufacturing (ideally in both drug product and devices)You should be experienced and familiar with the latest Regulatory requirements and best practices essential to ensure compliance and robustness, and to drive future improvementsYou are fluent in French and English (written & spoken) and available to travel outside Belgium several times per year.You can lead multi-functional teams, influence others, hold teams accountable, results orientated, able to manage complex projects from development through commercialization and to attain results.You must be able to manage external business partners and relationships to influence partners to deliver results that UCB needs.Are you ready to ‘go beyond’ to create value and make your mark for patients?
