MISSION AND SCOPE
As part of AH NH90 Technical Data team, this position contributes to provide technical data AMM inputs related to in-service to NH90 fleets,Tech Data analyst is an interface between DO and Customer : analyzing DO datas, ECP, Technical Events , etc. Managing the configuration of these triggers and answer customer about documentation issue or misunderstanding,Follow-Up of the activities related to NH90 Technical Data AMM issues,MAIN ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSABILITIES
Developing, through the technical knowledge of the A/C configuration systems, the necessary capabilities to create customized manuals, according to the Customers´ and AH Group requirements,Ensuring the on time delivery, completeness and accuracy of the above mentioned IP data, in accordance with the milestones set by the program milestones,Deliver accurate, complete and on time Maintenance Manauals data so that the complete organization can fulfil their commitments through the supply chain,Impact analysis, authoring and verification/validation of technical data products in compliance with international standards to enable the accomplishment of safe and efficient aircraft maintenance and operation,Manage completeness and compliance to airworthiness, legal regulations for Maintenance ,Provide expertise on the documentation specification to AMM authors in order to secure the production to be compliant with design standards,Provide expertise on the documentation needs and of maintenance to design office, and define solutions to be applied within the departments,In the frame of Tech Data harmonization (workflow between engineering/Tech Data / Maintenance Manuals), identify gaps between AH / AHD processes and proposes recoveries,Analysis of change triggers ECP/SB/ASB/LSA, determining spare part data by using bill of materials, drawings, CMM, etc,Reporting and response of customer (internal/external) requests,Data management of maintenance inputs in Windchill, MASCOT, others,Blocking point analysis and resolution (solving issues that could stop the production),Follow Up on Subcontractor Issues / Work Packages / Topics, Point of Contact,Reporting work progress and escalation of critical issues for arbitration,Follow up and reporting of Key Performance Indicators (KPI),KEY COMPETENCIES
At least 3-5 years of technical experience in aeronautical sector: especially in Aircraft Maintenance, ILS, Production Engineering or Airframes Design or experience with Warehouse, Procurement and other departments to optimize processes,Pure Technical profile. Background in technical problems solving, trouble-shooting, spare definition,NH90 technical knowledge/experience is very valuable.Ability to work in an international and multi-companies team, contacting with a lot of different departments, companies and countries,Technical knowledges in Helicopter Airframes/Systems and Continuous Airworthiness matters will be valuableSOFT SKILLS
