You Are:

A Technical Delivery Manager (TDM) is a professional responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of a project or product delivery.

 

The opportunity:

·       Technical Leadership: Provides technical guidance and oversight to cross-functional teams.

·       Project Planning: Develops and implements technical project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.

·       Risk Management: Identifies, assesses, and mitigates technical risks and issues.

·       Team Management: Leads and mentors technical teams, including engineers, developers, and testers.

·       Stakeholder Management: Collaborates with stakeholders to understand technical requirements and deliver solutions.

·       Quality Assurance: Ensures high-quality delivery of products or services.

·       Technical Communication: Communicates technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

 

 

This position description identifies the responsibilities and tasks typically associated with the performance of the position. Other relevant essential functions may be required.

 

What you need:

·       The candidate needs to have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

·       3+ years of experience in the following areas:

o   Project manager including Agile methodologies

o   Technical expertise in a technical domain or industry

o   Working with technical teams as a leader or program manager

o   Delivering challenging goal for complex technical projects

·       Nice to have:

·       Scrum Master Certification (CSM)

·       Project Management Professional (PMP)

·       Agile Certifications (e.g., AgilePM, ACP)

 

 

 

Benefits
