Technical Delivery Manager

Job Summary
• This role is responsible for overseeing the technical performance within contracts as well as the comprehensive execution of contracted business activities throughout the entire lifecycle of a portfolio of contracts. The role leads negotiations for contracts, fosters customer satisfaction, and maintains effective communication while nurturing high-level relationships within customer organizations. The role also applies advanced subject matter knowledge to contribute to complex projects and resolve business issues with independent judgment.

Responsibilities

- Drive Improvements in fleet & devices for customer organization

• Oversees end-to-end execution of contracted business activities across the contract's entire lifecycle, covering business development to contract closure, for a portfolio of contracts not exceeding six.
• Assumes accountability for the financial performance of the contract, encompassing aspects like revenue, margin, and growth potential within the contract portfolio.
• Holds responsibility for ensuring customer satisfaction in relation to annuity or outsourcing services.
• Leads negotiations for small contracts or segments of large contracts valued over $5 million within a region.
• Contributes to the customer's business improvement, planning, and budgeting procedures.
• Directs multifaceted teams, including solution, operational service, partner, and sub-contractor teams, to provide service delivery to the customer.
• Creates processes with the customer in areas such as performance metrics, escalation, change management, and communication.
• Maintains effective communication among functional areas of the account team and with the organization at large, as required.
• Develops and nurtures high-level relationships with senior management within the customer organization.
• Applies advanced subject matter knowledge, leads, and contributes to complex projects, and exercises independent judgment in resolving business issues and establishing policies.

Education & Experience Recommended
• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically has 7-10 years of work experience, preferably in client management, customer relationship management, managing & growing business, portfolio of annuity services, P&L management, contract law, or a related field.
