Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.

Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Cash Bonus Target: 10%

Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Restricted Stock Units Bonus Target: 10%

These discretionary target bonuses may be awarded semi-annually based upon your achievement of performance goals and targets.

A Technical Delivery Manager is responsible for planning and executing complex software projects while championing development teams toward meeting deadlines successfully. This dynamic role is entrenched between technical teams and stakeholders, ensuring efficient software delivery, clear communication, and structured reporting. By fostering team productivity and maintaining high-quality standards, you play a crucial role for their business unit counter parts: project management, product development, and software engineering.

Technical Delivery Managers play a crucial role in maintaining software delivery timelines, managing risks, and ensuring adherence to industry’s best practices and organizational standards.


This position is on-site and located at our HQ in San Diego, CA.

Responsibilities

Developing and managing comprehensive software delivery plans, timelines, resource allocations, and estimationsFacilitating effective communication and collaboration between technical teams and stakeholdersConducting risk assessments on a project, identifying potential roadblocks, and investigating and execute on solutions for items that are stuckDriving progress on completion of software deliverables, identifying deviations from plans, implementing corrective actions, and ensure accountabilityEnsuring adherence to established processes, methodologies, and quality standardsCoordinating and leading meetings, status updates, and stakeholder presentationsOwnership of progress reports and metrics for deliveryMentoring, leading and providing guidance to technical teams, fostering continuous improvement and knowledge sharingAnalyzing software delivery projects performance metrics and identifying areas for process optimizationStaying up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologiesFacilitating the resolution of technical issues and escalating concerns to appropriate stakeholdersCollaborating with cross-functional teams to align project deliverables with business objectivesMonitor and analyze team and individual performance and make sound recommendations to managersCross-functional leadership and driving organizational initiatives to improve delivery processes and methodologies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business or related computer science. Strong experience may outweigh degrees3+ years' of project management related roles, development, business operations, or scrum master rolesFamiliarity with several methodologies in development (e.q., Agile, Waterfall) and general tools such as (Azure Dev Ops, JIRA).Project Management Professional (PMP) is preferredScrum Master Certified is preferred
