Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Technical Delivery Manager with 14+ years of experience to join our team. The Technical Delivery Manager would be responsible for overseeing the end to end lifecycle and technical aspects of client projects, that includes acting as the primary point of contact for technical delivery discussions, ensuring successful delivery by managing project teams, mitigating risks, and maintaining client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities and Qualifications:
Project Planning and Execution:
Lead the technical design and implementation of projects, defining scope, timelines, and resource allocation, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Understand the client's technical needs and translate them into actionable project plans, all while adhering to Fractal's best practices and methodologies.
Client Relationship Management:
Build strong relationships with clients, understand their business objectives, and act as the primary technical point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.
Team Leadership:
Manage and mentor project teams, assigning tasks, providing feedback, and fostering collaboration to achieve project goals.
Risk Management:
Proactively identify potential risks, issues and dependencies, develop mitigation strategies, and escalate concerns when necessary.
Adherence to Standards:
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that the design and development of technical solutions align with client processes and Standards.
Communication and Reporting:
Regularly communicate project status updates to clients and stakeholders, including key performance indicators and addressing any concerns.
Technical Proficiency:
Good understanding of relevant technologies i.e. cloud computing, data analytics and application development
Project Management Skills:
Proven ability to manage complex projects from initiation to closure, including planning, execution, resource allocation, and quality control.
5+ years of product management with experience creating strategic product roadmaps and working with cross-functional teams in a highly-matrixed environment
Experience building and launching products from ideation through launch and revision.
Strong knowledge and experience in agile methodologies, experience working with multiple scrum teams on simultaneous builds
Guide and Lead the scrum team in using Agile methodology and scrum practices.
Experience managing daily technical and design direction
Manage cross workstream dependencies
Measure, manages and reports on project delivery KPIs
Client-Facing Skills:
Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively interact with clients at various levels.
Leadership Abilities:
Capability to collaborate with and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
Act as the integrator role for all streams of work for the market
Lead design, build and deployment of the product in the desired markets
Own overall quality of product being delivered
Demonstrate passion for excellence related to product design, delivery, and engineering
Helps the product owner and development team to achieve customer satisfaction
Help the scrum team achieve higher levels of scrum maturity
Problem-Solving Skills:
Ability to analyze complex issues, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions.
Domain:
Expertise in CPG domain specializing in Warehousing and Supply Chain Management
CPG beverage and snacks SKU Delisting or similar experience
Pay:
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Fractal, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is: $130,000 - $160,000. In addition, for the current performance period, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus.

As a full-time employee of the company or as an hourly employee working more than 30 hours per week, you will be eligible to participate in the health, dental, vision, life insurance, and disability plans in accordance with the plan documents, which may be amended from time to time. You will be eligible for benefits on the first day of employment with the Company. In addition, you are eligible to participate in the Company 401(k) Plan after 30 days of employment, in accordance with the applicable plan terms. The Company provides for 11 paid holidays and 12 weeks of Parental Leave. We also follow a “free time” PTO policy, allowing you the flexibility to take time needed for either sick time or vacation.
