The Technical Design Administrator is primarily responsible for assisting the Technical Design area through the tech pack and fit processes by working closely with Design, Tech Design and Product Management to support the Technical Design team on a day to day basis. They will ensure information is entered accurately and assist Technical Designers in meeting deadlines. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to meet tight deadlines, and creative problem solving skills.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
Preparing Technical Designer for fittings, collecting samples and printing tech packs, attend fittings and taking notes for each Technical Designer, taking photos on models and dress form and organizing in saved files.
Receive all incoming fit samples, verify status, sign into PLM, assist in measuring on pending fit samples with vendors and HKO, proofing tech packs, samples for fittings, organize current and previous samples for fittings, follow up
Fit model scheduling, schedule fit times and invite attendees.
Performs related clerical and administrative duties such as responding to email, data entry into PLM, processing mail, and setting up and maintaining files.
Assist in verifying the Bill of Materials, specifications, measurements and construction comments from the team are accurate and complete after tech pack completion and maintaining updated Tech Packs.
