Job Description

Work with fashion designers to execute their creative ideas/concepts into tangible products. Anticipates any design issues and aligns with designers and production to ensure that garment specifications are met and will end up with a high-quality, saleable product. Collaborates with designers to replace untenable details with feasible alternatives. Analyzes Sewing Operations Breakdown and recommends the most practical way of producing the garment. Analyzes and examines all the designs by the Designer. Develops/evaluates prototype samples. Recommends improvements on prototype samples and monitors the execution of the improvements. Participates in fitting approval. Standardizes SPI, thread count/size, sewing construction, etc. Develop technical specifications for garments. Develop detailed technical drawings. Selects/approves fabrics and trims. Recommends alternative fabrics and trims. Inspect the final product for quality. Approves Tech Pack. This is an onsite work (face-to-face only)
