We are looking for a versatile and highly skilled Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for a problem solver and innovator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable working across front-end, back-end, and automation projects. You will be instrumental in designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge solutions using APIs, AI, and cloud-based technologies.

Key Responsibilities:Operations & Project ManagementBrand Onboarding: Lead the integration of brands into our Privacy Automation Solution, ensuring a seamless transition tailored to brand-specific needs.Hollywood API Integration: Provide technical guidance and support for brands integrating the Hollywood API, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.Privacy Data Management: Develop automated data tracking, auditing, and mapping solutions, including:Asset scanning and inventory managementData lineage and taggingCMDB (Configuration Management Database) refinementLeveraging LLMs (Large Language Models) to extract insights from unstructured dataTechnology & StrategyWork closely with stakeholders to align technology solutions with business needs.Design, test, and deploy technical solutions that support and enhance Global Privacy Services (GPS).Clearly communicate technical challenges and solutions, providing logical and effective options.Develop strategic documentation and presentations to support decision-making.Data & AnalyticsConduct performance analysis on technical processes to identify areas for improvement.Actively engage in stakeholder meetings to stay ahead of major projects and initiatives.Qualifications & Skills:2+ years of experience in software development, computer science, or a related field.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Experience developing complex software systems.Proficient in using development tools (IDEs, version control, etc.).Ability to translate technical concepts into actionable insights while maintaining both detail and high-level vision.}Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills.Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.Technical Expertise:Modern Development Practices: Stay up to date with the latest software engineering trends and methodologies.CI/CD Pipelines: Experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment for efficient software delivery.Systems Architecture: Strong understanding of scalable, high-performance architectures.Programming Languages: Proficient in at least two of the following: Node.js, Python, Java.Database Development: Experience designing and managing databases for effective data handling.Systems Integration: Expertise in seamless integration across various platforms and components.Preferred Experience (Nice to Have):MBA or 1+ years of post-MBA experience in a related field.Experience working in a national or global company.
