HUGO BOSS Ticino SA, sited in Coldrerio Switzerland, masters the fashion flow for all the Brands of the product groups Shirt & Neckwear, Knitwear, Bodywear & Hosiery, Footwear, Accessories and Licenses.

The candidate, positioned within our Accessories Business Unit, will oversee the technical development process from the handover to Salesman Sample production to the final pre-production sample confirmation, acting as point of reference between company functions and worldwide vendors, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration with the following key responsibilities:

What you can expect:

\n\tManage the end-to-end industrialization process for 4 product lines within BOSS and HUGO collections, covering both menswear and womenswear, with a focus on Small Leather Goods (SLG), Large Leather Goods (LLG), and Lifestyle categories;\n\tAttend the Samples final quality inspection in the factories worldwide, providing technical support to vendors ensuring quality  and on time  delivery dates; \n\tLead the Industrialization meetings with Designers, Quality, Brand and Procurement teams;\n\tPrepare, maintain and communicate to vendors all necessary documentation (Approval Form) for production launch;\n\tRequest and approve Pre-Production Samples in cooperation with Quality Management;\n\tEnsure smooth collaboration and coordination with colleagues, providing technical support;\n\tGuarantee an effective flow of technical documentation and orders across company functions such as Brand, Design, Procurement, and Vendors.\n\n\n

Your profile:

\n\tPossess proven experience in similar roles within international industries that emphasize high process and quality standards;\n\tDemonstrate excellent knowledge of accessories materials, construction, paper patterns, machinery, and craftsmanship;\n\tBe available for at least 50% travel time and used to frequent travelling;\n\tHave strong proficiency in both written and spoken English;\n\tBe proficient at MS Office, particularly Excel, with knowledge of PLM being a plus;\n\tExhibit a strong organizational mindset and a focus on achieving targets;\n\tBe skilled in managing complex business relationships and developing a professional network;\n\tBe strongly team-oriented and open to innovation.\n
