Based in Louisville, KY, your assignments will span manufacturing locations in Louisville, KY; Decatur, AL; Lafayette, GA; Selmer, TN. **Position** Technical Development Program Associate **Location** USA, Louisville, KY **How You'll Create Possibilities** + Successfully complete four (4) six-month rotational assignments in controls automation, robotics, test system engineering, and brilliant factory. + Collaborate with assignment leaders to set and achieve rotation goals and objectives. + Lead cross-functional teams, showcasing influence across various business levels. + Proactively identify and develop technical and process improvements. + Assist in project ideation, development, and execution with your team. + Demonstrate analytical problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. + Conduct regular feedback sessions with assignment leaders. + Participate in diverse classroom and online training programs, including Six Sigma Green Belt certification. **What You'll Bring to Our Team** **Required Qualifications** + Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechatronics, Robotics, Electrical, Mechanical, or Computer Science Engineering). + Cumulative GPA of 3.2 or higher. + Algorithm prototyping and coding skills (Matlab/Python/C/C++/C# or VB.Net). + Familiarity with industrial controls, preferably Allen Bradley. + Familiarity with at least one CAD package, preferably Solidworks. + Prior relevant work experience or internship/co-op in supply chain or manufacturing. + Comfortable with hands-on lab work, assembling mechanical components, soldering, and wiring. **Preferred Qualifications** + Demonstrated passion for supply chain and/or manufacturing. + Analytical approach to problem-solving. + Proven mechanical aptitude. + Electrical controls design and troubleshooting skills. + Hands-on experience with sensing technologies (e.g., sensors, camera, LIDAR, IMU, encoder). + Strong interpersonal skills. **Our Culture** At GE Appliances, creativity meets passion and conversations lead to exceptional outcomes and experiences.
