The successful candidate will oversee the development of the plant quality management system (QMS), serve as the plant product performance expert, educate personnel on their role in the QMS, and monitor daily quality requirements. The Plant Technical Director will ensure that all products adhere to our manufacturing standards and will provide technical expertise and a scientific approach to solving plant manufacturing opportunities . This is a full-time, salaried exempt position that reports directly to the site’s Mill Manager.

You will also be eligible for our Annual Incentive Program, which offers a cash bonus targeting 10% of base pay. Potential plan funding may range from zero to two times that target.
