Your Role
As a Technical Director (m/f/d), you will act as a leader in all aspects to our studio members within one of our Workplace teams. You should be passionate about all stages, from test fits to technical detailing and construction documentation. You will be experienced in handling the technical process, with excellent presentation and relationship building skills, and the ability to understand and interpret client needs and requirements.
You will have a good understanding of the end to end design process, commencing in the marketing phase through construction completion, and possess demonstrable International experience, having worked on a variety of projects.
A self-motivated team player with a positive, communicative and collaborative approach, you will work in partnership with colleagues across Gensler’s practice areas not only in Berlin but Firmwide, as well as with clients, vendors, consultants and stakeholders at all levels. You will have the knowledge and ability to provide guidance to less experienced members of the Interiors team, advising and supporting where necessary.

A Master’s degree in Interior/Architecture DesignExperience of delivering commercial fit-out projects, ideally more than 150,000ft2Experience of working with firms in the Financial and Professional ServicesSignificant, demonstrable experience of leading large teams to deliver projects through all stages including Construction AdministrationAuthorisation to submit building documents building documents and building permitLEED AccreditationProficiency in Revit and AutocadFluency in German and EnglishGood to have:
