By focusing our educational offerings for product knowledge, and support we will help elevate the stakeholders to the next generation of technical architects and consulting experts. **Partner with the best** You will plan, analyze, design, develop, deploy, and evaluate training content on Akamai products and solutions (labs, demos, apps and virtual classrooms). Collaborating with internal subject matter expert teams, you will create engaging, high quality product knowledge and proficiency certification training. By elevating our training offerings, we will enable our Customers, Chanel Partners, and Global Services to use Akamai for their cloud strategies. As a Technical Enablement Architect, you will be responsible for: + Collaborating with members of the aligned Enablement team to determine training needs, and proposed solutions. + Designing and developing learning content using instructional design strategies in a variety of methods (including eLearning). + Working in conjunction with Subject Matter Experts to identify both learning objectives and learning subject matter. + Developing course content from scratch as well as updating and improving current courseware, hands-on labs, and exams. **Do what you love** To be successful in this role you will: + Have hands-on experience in training content development and/or instructional design, applying adult learning principles. + Have maturity applying learning methodologies and strategies, especially around storytelling, micro-learning, and simulations. + Have working knowledge of e-learning authoring tools for different learning modalities. + Display excellent communication skills and ability to articulate complex technical concepts to technical and business audience. **Work in a way that works for you** FlexBase, Akamai's Global Flexible Working Program, is based on the principles that are helping us create the best workplace in the world.
