Provide site support and fix system faults.Monitor lift and escalator performance remotely through digital devices.Identify potential risks and recommend constructive solutions for existing technical problems.Conduct root cause analysis on technical issues and recommend long term solutions to enhance product security.Prepare trouble shooting analysis / incident investigation reports.Collaborate with design engineers to develop new retrofit products.Conduct trial tests and feasibility studies for improvement solutions.Implement Company new technology, such as Internet of Things (IoT), cloud-based applications and apps, to enhance operational efficiencies.We offer:Practical training on using various electrical and electronic tools and instruments.Knowledge on reading and designing diagram and circuitry.Customized training in designing lift and escalator control panel.Coaching on problem solving techniques.Exposure in Maintenance or Modernization operations.Full support in attaining related Professional Qualifications.Specialized career advancement opportunities to become a technical expert in the industry.We are looking for:
Degree holder in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronic Engineering or related discipline.At least 3 years’ of working experience.Candidate with experience of other brands to be considered for the position of Senior Technical Support Engineer.Capable of understanding basic wiring diagrams and directives.Team player for group projects and passionate in problem solving.Good time management skills and able to meet deadlines.Strong analytical skills, statistical analysis, and communication skills.Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese / Mandarin.If you live in a city, chances are we will give you a lift or play a role in keeping you moving every day.
