We are seeking high-potential, talented, open-minded, and energetic graduates for an 11-month program. The ideal candidates will possess the following qualifications:
2024-2025 University graduate, Bachelor's Degree with Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or equivalent Advanced level of MS Office applications knowledge. Advanced level of English. The military obligation must be postponed for male candidates; at least 2 years.
New Graduate is expected to provide analytical support to Technical and Functional Training Department, TFT Projects and Planning Function and she/he will work on the assigned projects.
To optimally organize and control the technical training plan for JT Group factory employees in compliance with availability of resources (trainers, instructors and equipment) To optimize technical training and support scheduling in regard to timing, resources and cost; ensure priority based on analysis of requests and management’s discretion. To establish and maintain network relations with GSC Manufacturing locations, relevant functional experts, all making & packing instructors, technical support technicians To coordinate administrative duties of Torbali TFT Office
