A Technical Help Desk (THD) Troubleshooter serves as the first point of contact for technical queries and provides remote support during the maintenance phase of KONE and/or non-KONE products. You will support maintenance technicians in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, ensuring compliance with KONE's safety, process, and quality standards.

Technical Help Desk & Site Support:
Provide remote technical support to maintenance technicians to identify root causes and corrective solutionsAssist with spare part identification and proximity stock definition for new LISOffer 24/7 Connected Services analytics and support for non-standard, non-urgent service needsCollaborate with the 24/7 Operations Center to configure and repair KRM devices and connectionsLog cases in the THD tool and escalate to relevant experts or globally when requiredPropose sales solutions to improve equipment reliability, comfort, and safetySupport sales in assessing equipment maintainability prior to tendering for maintenance contractsTraining:
Train local technicians during site visits or scheduled training sessionsProvide expertise to local training centersQuality:
Create quality reports in the THD tool following remote support and site visitsIdentify root causes and proactively forward corrective actions as per KONE process requirementsSafety:
Operate within KONE’s safety requirements and ensure sites follow global safety processes and guidelinesReport safety concerns and stop operations if safety violations or hazards are detectedRequirements:
