As a Technical Implementation Specialist based in Manila, Philippines, you will play a role in scaling our global delivery capabilities, ensuring continuity across technical operations and reducing single points of failure. This position is designed to evolve with the business, giving you opportunities to shape processes, strengthen our implementation framework, and contribute to strategic initiatives. You’ll join a team that values efficiency, collaboration, and innovation in delivering technical solutions that delight our customers.

To support U.S. business operations, this role requires compliance with Finastra’s in-office policies and flexibility to work 2nd or 3rd shift.

In this hands-on role, you will configure, test, document, and support financial software solutions for U.S.-based clients. This role is ideal for those who enjoy problem-solving and learning new technologies. You’ll gain practical experience in financial software implementation while working closely with product, development, and client services teams across the globe. Key Responsibilities

Configure web and mobile banking applications for new customer implementations, version upgrades, and feature add-ons using proprietary, web-based toolsExecute tasks related to mobile application distribution and publishing on Apple App Store and Google Play, ensuring compliance with platform requirementsPerform implementation-specific testing of web and mobile applications prior to client deliveryUse Jira to log and track software defects and create dashboards for internal teamsMaintain departmental documentation of implementation and configuration processes using ConfluenceCollaborate with Product, Development, Customer Support and Implementation teams to document release features for general availabilityAssist internal teams by performing administrative functions such as updating internal systems, organizing documentation, and supporting reporting needs to ensure smooth operationsRecommend and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and team productivityCommunicate with U.S.-based customers via cases, email, or virtual meetings as neededParticipate in client system reviews and troubleshooting sessions to ensure quality and accuracy of deliverablesExecute additional projects and responsibilities as assigned

Required Technical Qualifications

Experience using robust configuration tools and/or content management systemsGeneral understanding of browser-based and mobile front-end applicationsExperience using Jira and ConfluenceExperience handling graphic assets (SVG, PNG) including creation/exportBasic knowledge of HTML/CSSProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Technical Qualifications

Previous experience with financial software solutionsExperience with Figma, Adobe Photoshop, or IllustratorFamiliarity with mobile application publishing platforms and distribution requirements (Apple App Store, Google Play)Experience working with Git repositoriesUnderstanding of software development methodologies and SDLC
