What will you do?

You will drive sales and revenue growth by providing expert technical product information and support to our valued customers. You'll be pivotal in identifying new business opportunities and managing existing customer relationships, ensuring their needs are met with top-tier service. Collaborating closely with our outside sales, engineering, manufacturing, and shipping teams, you will deliver innovative solutions that exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

Complete an extensive hands-on training program including time in a manufacturing environment Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's products and services, including features, benefits, and technical specifications. Provide technical information and support to customers to help them understand and select the appropriate products for their needs. Respond to inbound sales calls from our established customer base for product and pricing information, order status, or delivery confirmation. Actively reach out to existing customers through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels to generate sales Enter orders and quotes for stock and custom-manufactured components and systems Coordinate with Outside Sales on open opportunities in their sales territories and work together to grow customer sales. Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Managing multiple orders and quotes simultaneously, maintaining efficiency and organization. Analyzing data, understanding market trends, and identifying opportunities for business growth. Working effectively in cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously. Strong interpersonal skills to foster collaboration and teamwork. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.  A dedication to consistently performing duties with diligence, reliability, and a strong sense of responsibility.

Education/Experience:

Bachelor's degree is required Strong mechanical aptitude or technical inclination is required. 1-3 years in a sales or customer service role, ideally within a manufacturing or technical environment. Familiarity with technical/mechanical products and ability to understand complex product specifications. Computer proficiency  Experience with Microsoft AX is a plus.

Physical Requirements:

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift 15 pounds at a time.
