Technical Inside Sales Representative

Join an organization that ensures a more secure world through connecting and protecting our customers with inventive electrical solutions. **WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:** + Support the Thermal Canadian Sales Organization customer’s needs. + Assist in growing Sales revenue by promoting existing and new Products and Services to the customer base as offered through nVent. + Assist in developing new prospects and interact with existing customers primarily by email to increase Product and/or Services revenue. + Process customer quotes and orders in an efficient and timely manner through SAP Operating System and following company procedures. + Process invoices, returns and repairs as well as manage written pricing agreements. + Process all customer inquiries and requests in a timely, accurate, expeditious, and professional manner. + Liaise with various internal departments (e.g. Credit, Supply Chain, and Fabrication) as necessary to effectively support the customer order management process. **YOU HAVE:** + Ideally 5+ years of technical customer service experience or inside sales in an industrial/manufacturing environment. + Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, and Outlook. + Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. + Knowledge of SAP is an asset. + Knowledge of Salesforce is an asset. **WE HAVE:** + A dynamic global reach with diverse operations around the world that will stretch your abilities, provide plentiful career opportunities, and allow you to make an impact every day + At nVent, we believe safer systems ensure a more secure world.
