The Missions, Concepts and Capabilities (MCC) division of Applied Research Associates, Inc. (ARA) is seeking an energetic Technical Integration Program Analyst to analyze system solutions to complex and challenging DoD problems and support leading-edge Science & Technology for the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Research and Engineering (OUSD(R&E)). The applicant will support the office’s major program areas and should be a subject matter expert in Electronic Warfare and Countermeasures (EW&C); Spectrum; Advanced Sensors; Command and Control (C2); Position, Navigation, and Timing (PNT); Software/Embedded systems; Autonomy; Advanced Computing; Data Analytics; Communications/Networks; Cybersecurity and Operations; or Nuclear Command, Control, and Communication (NC3). The applicant will support a variety of program functions such as development of strategy documents, coordination of technical programs, developing financial documents, supporting program reviews, and providing technical assessments, among others.
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of recent and relevant experience Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university. Specialized experience may be substituted in lieu of educational requirements. TS clearance with SCI eligibility Subject matter expert in technical area(s) (see above). Proficient in technical research EW&C experience Familiarity with RF and optical sensors, cyber, autonomy, modeling and simulation (M&S), and decision support analytics/visualization Knowledge of the Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) process Proficient oral and written communication skills Experience in the execution of projectsThe work location is at the Pentagon or Mark Center (with the potential for remote work with prior authorization).
