Job Description A client of Insight Global is hiring for a Technical Lead over their ERP System, Epicor. This individual will be responsible for:  Managing upgrades of ERP system and modules including maintaining system architecture. - Collaborating with third-party vendors and the Epicor team.  Managing resources involved in ERP-related projects to meet project goals.  Providing emergency support during critical interruptions, with availability outside standard business hours when necessary.  Participating and maintaining ongoing training requirements. Skills and Requirements · Technical understanding of Epicor or similar ERP systems, including architecture, configuration, and integration. · Familiarity with cloud-based ER solutions, SaaS models, or hybrid deployments. · Knowledge of database management systems (e.g. SQL Server, Oracle) and ERP-related data analysis including strong hands-on SQL skills. - Experience in manufacturing industry. · Technical understanding of Epicor Profit 21. · Experience in integrating ERP systems with other enterprise applications (e.g., CRM, HRIS, or BI tools).
