WHAT YOU BRINGIdentity and Access Management domain knowledge is mandatory.Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent experienceKnowledge of Java/J2EE and experience with SQL. Be able to build SQL queries and triage datapoint related issues8+ years of industry experience in design, development, customization, configuration, deployment preferably in any Identity Management and Governance productsExperience in Unix Shell/Perl scriptingPrior experience integrating with any SSO providers Knowledge of Web Services (REST/SOAP)Understanding of SLAs and the importance of being within SLAsExperience with ticketing systems; Service Desk, Remedy, FreshDesk, JIRA, etc. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, critical thinking skills, and the ability to think on your feet.Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced, high energy environmentAbility to excel in a team-oriented, project-based work environmentAbility to work independently, adapt quickly, and maintain a positive attitudeWHAT YOU WILL BE DOINGUnderstanding of SLAs and the importance of being within SLAsImplement and manage the effectiveness of Incident, Service Request,Change, and Problem management processes for the service areaProvide daily/weekly report for ticket statusDissect requirements into usable test cases and a test plan that covers new functionality, while keeping an eye on all other aspects that ensure full testing coverageResponsible for the maintenance of system configurations and process documentation, operating procedures, and infrastructure support documentationHelp with operations after go-live, ensuring SLAsWork closely with business teams and DevSecOps teams activities related to supporting the IAM service offeringsFollow approved life cycle methodologies, create documentation for design and testingSaviynt is an amazing place to work.
