We are looking for an Technical Lead, Omnichannel Solutions to join us in our Omnichannel Digital Technology team based out of our US headquarters office in Atlanta, GA (on-site, hybrid)
About the role
The Tech Lead, Omnichannel Solutions will be responsible for managing projects, optimizing omnichannel technology systems, and leading technical support resources (internal and/or external) ensuring scalability of systems and processes for the US market across the entire value chain and patient journey.
Who you’ll work with
Reporting to the Head Digital Technology (DT) Omnichannel & Patient Support, this role will partner closely with the UCB’s commercial business units, data & insight as well as market access teams. This role will also focus heavily on outside vendor management.
What you’ll do
Stakeholder Relationships: Engage with key stakeholders to develop trusted relationships
Project Management Leadership: Manage local and global projects based on business requirements in line with the IT Project Management Framework.
Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as the IT SME for Omnichannel technologies throughout the global organization. Maintain awareness of industry trends, identify opportunities for business process and technology improvements and value creation. Also stay current on all related legal, regulatory or compliance requirements and related best practices.
Vendor/Partner Management: Support the evaluation, selection, and management of Omnichannel partners
Drive cost savings and efficienciesIdentify creative and innovative solutions to problemsDesign and implement best-in-class technical and/or operational support frameworks leveraging internal resources and third-partiesSolution Support:
Ensuing timely resolution of user problems within assigned areas of responsibility and delivery of agreed upon SLA’s related to system uptime, data loads, etc. Responsible for all system updates including testing, validation, acceptance and deployment activities.Support and/or Lead the software delivery lifecycle (“SDLC”) for the Omnichannel system for the US business.

Preferred Qualifications:
4+ years of experience in the Pharmaceutical industry including experience with technology systems to support commercial/go-to-market teams in the life sciences industryStrong understanding of HIPAA requirements (Data Security, Encryption, storage, handling, etc) and associated system impacts.Thorough understanding of project management methodology and system development lifecycle principles, validation & qualificationAble to work across functional and regional boundaries to deliver projects on time and on budgetAbility to make effective presentations to diverse groups and facilitate brainstorming sessionsSFMC Certification
This positions reasonably anticipated base salary range is $148,000-195,000. The actual salary offered will take into account related knowledge, skills, experience and location among other factors and may fall outside the expected range.
