Technical Lead, Software Development

FileNet P8 SME to lead development projects and provide L3 support for DaVita’s Enterprise Content Management (ECM) system.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related field10+ years of software development experience5+ years of experience with project feasibility, requirements definition, design, testing and project delivery5+ years of experience with both agile and traditional waterfall project methodologiesExtensive experience with IBM FileNet development, administration and configurationExtensive experience and working knowledge on IBM FileNet P8 5.5x, IBM Case Manager, IBM Content Navigator, IBM BAW and IBM Content CollectorExtensive experience developing applications using Java, JavaScript, SQLExperience in migration to / from P8 productsExtensive experience in WebSphere application serverExtensive experience with Oracle, MS SQL databasesExperience with Linux, Unix, Windows serversExperience with NAS and GPFS technologiesPreferred experience in patching/upgrading P8Preferred experience using monitoring tools like DynatracePreferred experience setting up or providing requirements to setup monitors and alerts.

Responsibilities

Lead system designs and requirements for application development or modificationsIntegrate P8 with other systems and 3rd party applicationsProvide technical input to leadership decision making in the areas of software, hardware, and performancePerform root cause analysis and provide fixes for issues reported in production environmentCoordinate with IT Operations and Development teams to ensure overall successTuning P8 databases and application serversMigrate P8 applications to the cloudSupport change management as needed to help teammates adapt to new technologiesActively participate in Agile project management activities, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectivesStay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in ECM technologies
